Ingredients
119-ounce frozen tortellini (meat or cheese)
2cupsAlfredo sauce
1cupmarinara sauce
Fresh grated Parmesan cheesefor garnish
Italian parsleychopped, for garnish
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add (1) 19-ounce container of frozen tortellini and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 7 - 9 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, combine 2 cups alfredo sauce and 1 cup of marinara sauce. Stir well to combine, creating a creamy rose sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the sauces to meld together and heat through.
Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet with the rose sauce. Gently stir to coat the tortellini evenly with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 - 3 minutes, until the tortellini is heated through and well-coated with the sauce.
Transfer the tortellini with rose sauce to serving bowls. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped Italian parsley. ENJOY!
