Welcome to Spaghetti and Confetti! I'm Tina Frank – a Midwestern mom of eight, and a lover of all things Italian-American cuisine. My passion for cooking comes straight from the heart of my family’s kitchen, where my Italian grandma taught me that every meal is an opportunity to celebrate love, laughter, and togetherness. Growing up, her kitchen was my happy place. Whether it was learning to roll out gnocchi or sneaking a taste of her famous Sunday sauce, those moments became the foundation of my love for food and family traditions.
Now, I’m carrying on that legacy alongside my husband, John. Together, we’re diving into our collection of treasured family recipes, blending old-world Italian flavors with a pinch of Midwestern charm, and experimenting with new dishes we’re excited to share with you. Spaghetti and Confetti is more than a food blog – it’s our family’s story, served one plate at a time.
Food has always been my love language. There's something truly magical about bringing people together over a delicious meal, sharing stories, and creating lasting memories. Through our blog, we hope to not only share mouthwatering recipes but also foster a sense of community and connection around the dinner table.
We hope our recipes bring as much joy and love to your family as they bring to ours. Nothing makes us happier than imagining our dishes on your dinner table, creating moments of connection and happiness. We’d love to hear from you! Once you’ve tried a recipe, please leave a comment to let us know how it turned out. Your feedback and stories mean the world to us and help make this community even more special. Welcome to the Spaghetti and Confetti family!
